Owner, Head Coach CF-L2

Frank Iannone

Frank has been doing CrossFit for over 11 years and holds his CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2) credential. He is passionate about the CrossFit methodology and the community it builds through constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity.

Frank spent 10 years as a collegiate baseball coach and served 25 years with the New Jersey State Police. Those experiences shaped his approach to coaching, leadership, and accountability.

He is married with two children, all of whom are CrossFit athletes. Frank is proud to lead an affiliate that prioritizes quality coaching, consistency, and long-term fitness for every member.

Kelly Mavis

Kelly Mavis is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach and personal trainer with over 7 years of experience coaching both kids and adults. A former college soccer player and club rugby athlete, she brings an athletic, well-rounded approach to coaching that emphasizes smart movement, confidence, and consistency. As a mom of two, Kelly is passionate about creating a supportive, fun environment where athletes of all ages and fitness levels can thrive.

Coach | CF L3

Danielle Bloch

Danielle began her CrossFit journey in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the community and methodology. She earned her CrossFit Level 1 certificate in late 2021 and began coaching in 2022. In 2025, she continued her development by earning her CrossFit Level 2 certificate. Danielle’s favorite movements to coach and to perform are the Olympic lifts. She is passionate about helping athletes of all ages and abilities build strength and confidence both in and out of the gym.

Hyrox Coach

Andy Dutra

I’m an L1 Hyrox Performance Coach with a strong foundation in both fitness and academia. I hold a PhD in Biological Sciences, where I focused on the physical and mental facets of fitness. I have deep expertise in the anatomical, physiological, and biochemical principles that underpin functional fitness and endurance training. With extensive experience as a Personal Trainer, Endurance Coach, and Fitness Facility Supervisor, I’ve built a proven track record in the fitness industry. I also hold certifications from AFAA, USATF, and RRCA, and have a vast experience coaching young athletes across many different sports.
